Sagittarius

Sagittarius, sometimes known as Chiron, was a Greek centaur who was the son of the Titan Cronos. Chiron, on the other hand, stood out from the rest of the centaurs for many reasons. He was kind and taught medicine, hunting, music and prophecy. He was a wonderful teacher to many great heroes, such as Jason and Achilles. One day, Hercules accidentally shot Chiron with a poisoned arrow. Chiron, despite being a renowned physician, was unable to heal himself. He could also not die because he was immortal, but the poisoned arrow caused him anguish. Chiron offered to take the place of Prometheus, who had been condemned by the gods for giving man fire. As Chiron gave up his immortality to free Prometheus, Zeus, the gods’ monarch, recognized Chiron’s benevolence and immortalized him in the heavens.
